Pmemories

We encourage stories or memories of P2 posted
here for his son, P3, to read when he is older.

It’d be a shame for Little Patrick to miss out on these memories, now held so dear, that exemplify what made his dad so legendary.

If you haven’t posted one yet, now is the time...And if you’ve already posted, keep them coming!

I downloaded Flash Catalyst today. It’s on days like this that I really remember and miss Pmonk the most.
He was an awesome teacher and mentor.

I am so sorry that I did not know sooner. Patrick was always a pleasure to run into in Richmond. He affectionately called me Teddy and we discussed Kianu Reeves movies at length. I hope that young Patrick will retain all aspects of his fathers easy going hilariousness. I have thought about Patrick many times in the six years I was away from Richmond. I wish nothing but good things for now on for his son and wife.

happy birthday september 2009.

have been remembering the year when all the september 30th birthday people got together with all their attendant friends/S.O.’s for an enormous birthday feast at edo’s squid...say 2002 or so?  sean lowder, john campbell, patrick...who else am i missing?

anyway- we commandeered a single long table that stretched from the bar to the windows, and was filled with happy fools from the entirety of our richmond existence.  a finer meal and better time is hard to recall.

the check was a thing of staggering mightiness…

I am proud to have been Patrick’s friend for the time I was in college.  He was always the life of the party and very kinda and loving to everyone he met.
He also had many funny incidents… I recall one time he came up to me and was telling a particularly long story about some art project he had been working on.  The whole time, he was flipping his key ring around like nunchucks.  Eventually, the story came to the fact that he had super glue on his fingers when he went to pick up his keys, and now they were stuck to him.  He thought he should go to MCV to get them un-stuck before taking his piece to class.

Dawn, I’m sorry we’ve never met or if we have, I’m sorry I don’t remember.  But my heart goes out to you and Patrick3.  He’s beautiful.  Looking at these pictures brings back a lot of good memories.  Patrick was an awesome human being.
