Yakima Bokoles
I was trained at Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in commercial art. My first Children's book, Belinda's Journey: A Fairy's Tale, was published in 2005. My work has since transitioned into the realm of fine art. I am enjoying painting landscapes and nature scenes specifically incorporating flora and fauna.
Relationship to P2
I first met Patrick when I arrived at school in Richmond 15 years ago. He was working security at the dorms. His personality was so large and unforgettable. After moving out of the dorms it seemed I saw him a few times a week walking around town. We would chat and he would tell me something funny or bizarre about his life or someone else's. Eleven years ago I started dating Scott, one of his childhood friends (now my husband), and soon after moved into Red Zero. He was part of my daily life for many years and I will sorely miss our chats.
